Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or evaluation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- Active Top Secret clearance.
- DoD 8140 certification.
- Proficiency with testing methodologies and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, and Postman.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing integration.
- Experience with defect tracking systems like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
- Familiarity with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity testing, secure coding standards, and vulnerability assessment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage comprehensive test plans, test cases, and evaluation strategies for software systems.
- Define testing objectives, success criteria, and evaluation methodologies.
- Ensure alignment of testing activities with program requirements and industry standards.
- Lead the execution of functional, performance, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
- Document, analyze, and report test results, identifying defects, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Support continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines by embedding automated testing.
- Validate that security, interoperability, and performance requirements are met.
