Job Details

10+ years leading enterprise-level, cross-functional programs with a track record of driving large initiatives to completion.
Proven ability to lead through influence rather than formal authority.
Mastery in executive communication with ability to communicate across all organizational levels.
Strong bias toward ownership and independent execution in ambiguous environments.
Sound business judgment and ability to quickly gain functional domain fluency.
Experience managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
Familiarity with AI systems to enhance productivity.
Experience with standard project, program, or portfolio management tooling.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Independently lead the end-to-end lifecycle of large, complex, cross-functional programs from scoping through launch and measurement.
Act as a trusted business partner to functional executives, serving as a point of escalation for EPMO-supported initiatives.
Lead cross-functional working teams without formal authority, establishing shared goals and accountability.
Drive program momentum, unblock dependencies, and maintain alignment across distributed stakeholders.
Define macro program scope, objectives, and success criteria while providing an authoritative record of decisions.
Communicate program health, risks, and resource status to senior and executive leadership.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive decisions and team accountability.
Contribute to EPMO standards and best practices, including the integration of AI capabilities.
Mentor other program managers and set the bar for excellence company-wide.
