Requirements
- 5 to 8+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Systems Integrator.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies.
- Experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions.
- Knowledge of network security technologies.
- Ability to map manual business workflows to agentic AI systems.
- Experience working with large enterprise and major accounts preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, PCNSA, CISSP, or CCSP preferred.
Responsibilities
- Architect technical solutions that directly address and resolve critical customer pain points.
- Oversee the technical sales process.
- Run Proof of Value engagements from start to finish as the technical and industry expert.
- Collaborate with and support internal Zscaler teams.
- Act as a consultative advisor to guide customers through technical and AI change management.
