- Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and building consensus.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites and conferences (1-2 trips per quarter).
- Experience managing complex product roadmaps.
- Ability to work effectively within a balanced product team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer research, business development, and feedback collection for product planning.
- Define product release slices to optimize time-to-value for the clinician experience.
- Measure and analyze product success metrics aligned with business goals.
- Unify the organization through product roadmaps and briefs.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with marketing and operations teams.
- Lead through influence by managing milestones and deliverables in a team-based environment.
