Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement, project coordination, or program operations.
- Proven experience in financial services, fintech, or a data-heavy environment.
- Strong ability to translate between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders like compliance officers.
- Demonstrated track record of documenting and improving complex operational processes.
- Expertise in identifying root causes and driving sustainable process fixes.
- Experience with escalation management and reporting to leadership.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for documentation and status updates.
- Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on clarity and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Map current-state processes for model development, credit policy updates, and approval flows.
- Centralize the view of all models currently in flight across the organization.
- Document handoff ownership at every stage of the development and deployment lifecycle.
- Serve as the operational point of contact for 2nd line credit and model risk management bank oversight.
- Identify sequencing risks, dependency problems, and coordination overhead to drive process improvements.
- Engage cross-functional teams across data science, credit, risk, and compliance to ensure process adoption.
