Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement, project coordination, or program operations.
- Experience working in financial services, fintech, or a data-heavy environment.
- Comfortable communicating and working across technical and non-technical teams (e.g., data scientists and compliance officers).
- Proven track record of improving processes by identifying root causes and driving sustainable fixes.
- Clear and direct communicator in writing and meetings.
- Ability to calibrate escalation to leadership appropriately.
- Strong organizational skills to manage documentation and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Own the process playbook for model development, credit policy updates, and approval flows.
- Maintain a centralized view of all models in flight.
- Document handoff ownership at every stage of development and deployment.
- Serve as the operational point of contact for 2nd line credit and model risk management bank oversight.
- Map current-state processes and identify documentation gaps.
- Drive improvements to reduce coordination overhead and resolve dependency problems.
