Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with at least 8 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination (Master’s/6 years, Ph.D./3 years, or 12 years professional experience).
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, continuous improvement, project management, process excellence, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation and organizational change initiatives in complex environments.
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and collaborate across multiple functions.
- Strong experience in continuous improvement and project management (Six Sigma Green Belt and/or PMP certification preferred).
- Track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Experience managing large-scale systems and multiple business functions with strong governance understanding.
- Demonstrated financial analysis capabilities and ability to connect improvements to business outcomes.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong change-management, organizational-development, and strategic-planning capabilities.
- Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Lead process design, optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across business functions.
- Drive day-to-day execution of transformation programs and establish structured approaches for process assessment and improvement.
- Conduct benchmarking and competitive intelligence studies while establishing performance metrics.
- Establish and maintain end-to-end process governance covering data, reporting, systems security, and compliance.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to establish governance models, shared objectives, and policies.
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives, including acquisitions, integrations, and executive-sponsored projects.
- Identify, prioritize, and govern technology enhancements in collaboration with technology teams.
- Work with internal and external auditors to support compliance activities.
- Develop high-performing teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Support financial analysis and special strategic initiatives.
