Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with at least 8 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination (Master’s/6 years, Ph.D./3 years, or 12 years professional experience).
  • 7+ years of experience in consulting, continuous improvement, project management, process excellence, or related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation and organizational change initiatives in complex environments.
  • Proven ability to influence senior executives and collaborate across multiple functions.
  • Strong experience in continuous improvement and project management (Six Sigma Green Belt and/or PMP certification preferred).
  • Track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Experience managing large-scale systems and multiple business functions with strong governance understanding.
  • Demonstrated financial analysis capabilities and ability to connect improvements to business outcomes.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Strong change-management, organizational-development, and strategic-planning capabilities.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead process design, optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across business functions.
  • Drive day-to-day execution of transformation programs and establish structured approaches for process assessment and improvement.
  • Conduct benchmarking and competitive intelligence studies while establishing performance metrics.
  • Establish and maintain end-to-end process governance covering data, reporting, systems security, and compliance.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to establish governance models, shared objectives, and policies.
  • Lead strategic transformation initiatives, including acquisitions, integrations, and executive-sponsored projects.
  • Identify, prioritize, and govern technology enhancements in collaboration with technology teams.
  • Work with internal and external auditors to support compliance activities.
  • Develop high-performing teams and stakeholder relationships.
  • Support financial analysis and special strategic initiatives.
