Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
- 5+ years of work experience, preferably in payments or an adjacent industry.
- Strong technical data analytic skills and thought leadership.
- Experience with ThoughtSpot.
- Experience with PowerBI (building reports, entitlements).
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Experience with Snowflake.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Salesforce Reporting.
- Experience working through SDLC.
- Strong organizational project management skills to manage reporting migrations.
- Ability to problem solve complex data and technical challenges independently.
Responsibilities
- Deliver ongoing business reporting on key metrics and anticipate problems solvable through data.
- Develop, maintain, and refine business metrics, statistics, and reporting models.
- Compile daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages including variance analysis.
- Identify and execute process improvements and standardization across business lines.
- Drive standard definitions for data elements to ensure consistency, availability, and quality.
- Lead the transition from legacy reporting to modern platforms and executive dashboards.
- Generate ad hoc reports using custom queries.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to obtain data and support information.
