Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of finance or FP&A experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting structures.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new systems and technical tools.
- Workday Adaptive Planning experience is strongly preferred.
- Highly analytical with the ability to leverage data to solve business problems.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support and enhance financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities within Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models, dashboards, and reports to support strategic decision-making and operational performance.
- Partner closely with Finance leadership to drive practice-wide, bottom-up budget and forecast development.
- Analyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights and improve forecasting accuracy.
- Serve as a key resource for Adaptive Planning modeling, reporting, and FP&A initiatives.
