Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting Agile teams and product owners.
- BS/BA degree or MA/MS degree.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodology, functional requirements, and data analysis.
- Experience decomposing requirements into technical user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Expertise in business process modeling, workflow analysis, and re-engineering.
- Experience designing complex cloud-based IT solutions and microservice architectures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Visio for process mapping and documentation.
- Experience working with React and NodeJS tech stacks.
- Strong understanding of UI frameworks, libraries, and rule-based component-driven UI.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with a consultant mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all Agile Scrum ceremonies and program planning meetings to establish customer journey mapping.
- Manage backlog decomposition strategy and maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog ready for sprint cycles.
- Ensure strict control of scope and provide transparency through metrics and automated dashboards.
- Define and enforce 'Definition of Done' and 'Definition of Ready' compliance across work items.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and product owners to resolve impediments and align deliverables.
- Maintain hierarchical process maps and supporting narratives using Microsoft Visio.
- Validate work items for quality, adherence to requirements, and technical accuracy.
- Support testing activities by defining acceptance criteria and analyzing system performance.
