Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated pre-production operational support for the Enterprise Loyalty implementation team.
- Own day-to-day coordination of client testing activities.
- Analyze inbound and outbound files to identify root causes of issues and document findings.
- Develop and maintain internal support documentation and client-facing implementation guides.
- Attend implementation team standups to align with development work.
- Support the Client Data & Platform Rules Product Owner and broader support organization.
- Partner with QA on testing, validation, and issue triage.
