Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, workforce management analytics, or financial operations analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including financial modelling, pivot tables, and formulas.
- Solid understanding of workforce management concepts like shrinkage, scheduling adherence, and billable hours.
- Ability to work with WFM platform data exports (e.g., IEX) and financial performance reports.
- Strong analytical and root-cause-diagnosis mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience working with incomplete or manually compiled data.
- Collaborative and assertive attitude when coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Organized and capable of managing a recurring portfolio of accounts on a fixed cadence.
Responsibilities
- Build optimal BTP baselines for assigned accounts using financial performance data and WFM inputs.
- Compare theoretical production and actual results to identify and quantify GM performance gaps.
- Translate analytical findings into structured, prioritized recommendations for Operations and Account Management.
- Track month-over-month BTP performance to measure the impact of corrective actions.
- Maintain updated records documenting gap status, action ownership, and GM impact.
- Apply standardized BTP methodology consistently across the EMEA portfolio.
- Flag data quality or system limitations and contribute to analytical automation efforts.
