Requirements
- Experience in business analysis, data analysis, BI, data modeling, or related analytical roles.
- Strong understanding of data discovery techniques and ability to analyze complex datasets.
- Experience mapping and improving business processes through data-driven insights.
- Ability to work with data from multiple systems and support normalization and integration activities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain findings and influence stakeholders.
- Highly proactive mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Cognos (preferred).
- Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics workflows and tools such as Copilot, Genie, or Claude (advantageous).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable collaborating with teams across different functions and time zones.
Responsibilities
- Perform data discovery activities to identify relevant data sources, patterns, relationships, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze and reverse-engineer business processes to understand how data supports operational workflows and decision-making.
- Work with multiple ticketing and operational systems to evaluate, normalize, and structure data for improved processing and reporting.
- Build and maintain data models that support business intelligence, analytics, and AI-enabled use cases.
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and process improvement opportunities, and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into actionable data solutions.
- Support BI and analytics initiatives using relevant tools such as Tableau or Cognos.
- Leverage AI tools like Copilot, Genie, or Claude to support data validation, analysis, and workflow optimization.
- Act as a proactive partner by following up on action items and ensuring progress across initiatives.
