Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AI projects within the insurance domain.
- Degree in Business, IT, or a relevant field.
- Previous experience working in the health insurance industry.
- Knowledge of business analysis concepts, requirements definition, and Agile approaches.
- Proficiency in facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing.
- Experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Insurtech experience is preferred.
- Health Insurance-related domain certification from INS/LOMA or III is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Work with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop analytical solutions.
- Plan and design business processes and system modifications.
- Gather, analyze, and document complex business requirements through interviews and work sessions.
- Create complex test case scenarios and oversee testing to verify requirement incorporation.
- Develop business requirements documents and user stories.
- Support QA, UAT, and release phases via defect analysis and change maintenance.
- Assist in providing time estimates for project-related tasks and update procedural documentation.
