Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or CA preferred).
- 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in finance, accounting, or shared services.
- Experience delivering business analysis or transformation initiatives in global environments.
- Strong understanding of business processes and shared services models.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables).
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint for executive-level presentations.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across global and cross-functional teams.
- Proven stakeholder management and project coordination abilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop business cases, impact assessments, and feasibility analyses for strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate operating models and performance metrics to identify cost savings and resource optimization.
- Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE process assessments and gap analyses.
- Perform end-to-end business process reviews to identify operational bottlenecks.
- Partner with finance teams for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
- Prepare financial analyses, reports, and dashboards for leadership decision-making.
- Analyze data trends and performance indicators to provide actionable insights.
- Support project planning and ensure delivery of initiatives according to objectives.
