- Experience with competitive selling, selling products or services, and telephone sales environment.
- Strong experience in information technology, software or financial products, and renewal sales.
- Experience in practical application of operational performance metrics.
- Experience working in a cross-function matrix organization.
- Experience with Salesforce.com account management platform.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with change.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Excel.
- High School Diploma or GED.
