Requirements
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in education, sales, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong achievement orientation with a track record of meeting ambitious goals.
- Ability to build and sustain relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills for managing time-sensitive projects.
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
- Valid driver's license.
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) and drive in inclement weather.
- Passion for educational and career opportunity expansion.
- Curiosity for emerging technologies and willingness to adopt AI-driven solutions.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain account management plans to strengthen program adoption and drive growth.
- Deliver data-driven, customized solutions to meet state and district educational needs.
- Analyze and assess regional trends to align account activities with larger organizational goals.
- Drive consultative, solution-based sales cycles with district leaders to influence adoption.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key state and district officials.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to monitor progress, manage opportunities, and support coaching.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of services.
