Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in market access, payer engagement, or health economics.
- Experience in account management and health system navigation.
- Strong understanding of commercial payer reimbursement and risk-bearing methodology.
- Demonstrated financial analysis and economic modeling capabilities.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated executive presence in both in-person and remote settings.
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
Responsibilities
- Engage with C-suite level decision makers (CMO, CFO, Quality leads) at Risk-based organizations (RBO) regarding Sanofi vaccine portfolios.
- Demonstrate clinical and economic value of products tailored to customer objectives, with an initial focus on RSV and Flu.
- Develop and update targeting and profiling strategies for assigned geography to identify high-probability RBO engagement targets.
- Map decision-making flows within RBOs and identify key stakeholders to drive strategic engagement.
- Lead cross-functional relationships with Account Management, Pricing & Contracting, Marketing, and MSL teams to align on customer needs.
- Implement health economic and outcomes research and adapt tools to support holistic vaccine value propositions.
- Collect customer insights, report on KPIs, and proactively share market trends to inform organizational strategy.
