Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in annuities, insurance industry, or financial services operations.
- Experience in complex transaction processing and exception handling.
- High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
- LOMA designation (FLMI, ALMI, ACS, etc.) preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of operational workflows, policies, and system navigation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
- Basic proficiency with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Zoom AI.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, interpret procedures, and maintain adherence to SLAs and QA standards.
- Ability to work independently in a full-time remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Process standard and complex transactions including application entry, requirements management, policy issue, check processing, and suitability reviews.
- Respond to routine inquiries from financial professionals and resolve issues independently.
- Research and resolve exceptions by applying established policies and procedures.
- Serve as a peer resource by providing guidance and informal coaching to team members.
- Monitor quality trends, identify rework drivers, and suggest process improvements.
- Partner cross-functionally to manage cases daily and support user testing for technology improvements.
- Use Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled tools to support research, documentation, and productivity.
