Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in digital strategy, change management, or technology transformation consulting.
- Deep expertise within the U.S. healthcare ecosystem (payer, provider, or life sciences).
- Proven track record in enterprise digital transformation, including roadmap development across people, process, data, and technology.
- Experience developing target operating models, role redesigns, and governance frameworks for AI/technology adoption.
- Strong financial acumen with experience linking transformation initiatives to business value.
- Demonstrated success in business development and leading strategic pursuits.
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to lead through influence and cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed organization.
- Willingness to travel 50% or more for client engagements and business development.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives on digital strategy, AI enablement, and organizational change.
- Lead $6M–$8M in annual pre-sales activity and define strategy for complex pursuits.
- Act as an executive strategist to align business goals with solution delivery and change outcomes.
- Define AI-enabled transformation strategies that connect technology capability to organizational readiness.
- Develop target operating models, role redesigns, and governance frameworks for AI adoption.
- Design stakeholder engagement and resistance management strategies for diverse organizational levels.
- Build client-side change capability through AI literacy initiatives and Centers of Excellence.
