Requirements
- 7+ years of professional communications experience.
- Proven track record of building or scaling internal communications programs from the ground up.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to draft in an executive's voice.
- Strong program and project management instincts for recurring initiatives.
- Comfort operating with autonomy and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Executive presence and the ability to partner credibly with leadership teams.
- Active, fluent use of AI tools such as Anthropic Claude.
- Experience in high-growth B2B technology or cybersecurity environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with internal communications measurement and KPIs is preferred.
- Fluency with Slack, Slido, Zoom, and intranet platforms like Confluence is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Produce monthly All-Hands meetings including run of show, production, Q&A, and follow-up communications.
- Rebuild the company intranet hub as a single source of truth for employee resources.
- Audit and manage company-wide Slack channels to maintain content standards.
- Establish and enforce editorial standards, cadence, and governance for company newsletters.
- Manage the senior leader and manager forums including agendas, content, and executive preparation.
- Equip senior leaders and managers with consistent communications to cascade to their teams.
