Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 8+ years of experience in growth, acquisition, and/or performance marketing.
- At least 3 years of experience managing a team of 2 or more marketers.
- Proven experience managing and scaling acquisition cost-effectively with multi-million dollar annual budgets.
- Strong proficiency in marketing channels including Meta, Google, and Affiliate.
- Demonstrated experience in omni-channel business environments, specifically with 4-wall retail or service models.
- Deep understanding of analytics, attribution, offline measurement, and in-store visit tracking.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to manage hands-on optimization of campaigns at the bid level.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategy across owned and operated channels, including Hair Color Bar and Direct/E-commerce.
- Manage new customer acquisition targets, budgets, and media mix effectiveness, with a focus on cost of acquisition and LTV.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team across paid (Social, Search, TV, Audio, Direct Mail) and non-paid channels (SEO, Referral).
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in Digital, Engineering, Data, Brand, and Finance to align marketing efforts with growth objectives.
- Manage external relationships, including marketing agencies and media vendors, to maximize impact and ROI.
- Present executive-level reports on growth trends, performance, and actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Execute monthly reconciliation, forecasting, and budget modeling in partnership with finance and accounting teams.
