Requirements
- 3–5 years of production experience in a trading firm, fintech, creative agency, or in-house studio
- Strong understanding of production workflows across digital, video, and/or content formats
- Demonstrated experience managing projects across APAC markets and time zones
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
- Clear, confident communicator with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Asana, or similar)
- Comfortable working independently in a part-time, remote capacity
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end production of projects from brief through delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Coordinate with trading, operations, and creative teams across multiple APAC time zones
- Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and vendor relationships for APAC-based work
- Track budgets, raise purchase orders, and reconcile actuals against estimates
- Liaise with local partners, studios, and suppliers across key APAC markets
- Maintain production documentation including schedules, call sheets, and status logs
- Identify and flag risks early, proposing solutions to keep projects on track
- Support senior team members on larger-scale productions as required
