Requirements
- Hands-on experience in the attractions, tours and activities ecosystem.
- Knowledge of channel managers vs primary reservation systems and the competitive landscape.
- Experience building, implementing, or managing integrations with travel experiences APIs.
- Strong technical understanding of APIs and connectivity.
- Ability to work confidently with engineering teams and answer technical integration questions.
- Practical knowledge of the OCTO standard.
- Quality-first mindset and ability to manage a portfolio independently.
- Strong communication skills with experience producing technical documentation.
- Fluent English.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10–20% for events and partner meetings.
Responsibilities
- Manage broader connectivity partner portfolio through scalable programmes, office hours, and regular health reviews.
- Lead quality-gated partner onboarding from qualification through certification and launch.
- Improve integration quality, capability adoption, and adherence to company standards.
- Own and develop connectivity and OCTO documentation and Help Centre content.
- Manage partner integration inquiries and coordinate L3 investigations with specialists.
- Contribute to the OCTO self-certification tool and represent the company on the OCTO specification committee.
- Build connectivity thought leadership through events, webinars, and partner engagements.
