Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
- 10–15+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Proven experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
- Strong background in financial modeling, scenario planning, and capital allocation.
- Proven success building and leading high-performing finance teams.
- Experience engaging with Boards, investors, lenders, and executive teams.
- Ability to operate as a strategic leader and hands-on player/coach in a high-growth environment.
- Healthcare industry experience (provider, payer, or value-based care) strongly preferred.
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or comparable advanced credential preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO, Board, and investors to translate business strategy into financial plans.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes.
- Own the integrated financial model, including long-range planning, scenario analysis, and capital allocation.
- Prepare executive-level financial reporting, Board presentations, and investor communications.
- Develop KPI frameworks and reporting capabilities to support data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee financial performance reporting for value-based care and risk-based arrangements.
- Support M&A, debt transactions, and strategic investments through financial diligence and valuation.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance organization while strengthening systems and governance.
