Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Technical Product role.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end business operational and financial processes.
  • 4+ years of hands-on D365 F&O implementation experience.
  • Proven track record in configuring, implementing, and optimizing D365 across Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.
  • Experience supporting D365 in BAU environments, including stabilization and post-go-live optimization.
  • Experience leading at least one successful ERP migration project.
  • Deep understanding of eCommerce and direct-to-consumer models.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence global and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience defining product roadmaps and making data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with working in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead BAU operations day-to-day to ensure ongoing system performance, stability, and issue resolution.
  • Own the D365 product strategy and roadmap aligned with operational and financial objectives.
  • Plan and lead future implementation phases, scoping and rolling out additional modules across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Translate stakeholder requirements from cross-functional teams into D365 configurations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and delivering new features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Wellbeing Collective D365 teams and shared communities of practice.
  • Ensure ongoing compliance of the D365 instance with internal and external audit frameworks.
  • Serve as the primary D365 subject matter expert for Finance and Supply Chain functions.
  • Oversee change management, including documentation, training, and communications.
  • Manage vendor relationships, weekly support ticket reviews, and development budgets.
