Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a product owner
- 5+ years of experience driving large scale implementations in Agile and/or waterfall methodologies
- Experience interacting with various levels of upper management to inform product prioritization
- Experience in translating product features to user stories
- Self-provided internet service with minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
- Dedicated home workspace to protect HIPAA information
- Ability to travel up to 5% for training or meetings
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, goals, roadmap priorities, and expected outcomes.
- Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, stakeholder needs, feasibility, risk, cost, and timing.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, clarify requirements, and align delivery work to strategic objectives.
- Translate business needs into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable team priorities.
- Serve as the Agile team’s primary point of contact for product decisions, requirement clarification, and prioritization.
- Evaluate tradeoffs and make informed decisions to balance value, scope, schedule, budget, risk, and delivery constraints.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, business, analytics, compliance, and other cross-functional partners as needed.
- Monitor progress toward outcomes and use data, feedback, and stakeholder input to inform future priorities.
