Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience from problem definition through launch.
- Hands-on experience with lifecycle or campaign products such as email, SMS, CRM, automation, or segmentation.
- Demonstrated experience building with AI or agents in shipped products.
- Working fluency in SQL and product analytics.
- Experience managing metrics with contested attribution and defending measurement approaches to stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy and execution for the Marketing Agent domain.
- Drive campaign creation and automation across email and SMS channels.
- Manage the diner database and consent model to ensure data usability.
- Develop an agentic layer that converts restaurant data into automated marketing actions.
- Establish company standards for marketing measurement and incrementality.
- Drive product adoption and activation beyond the initial GTM phase.
