Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership or product management.
- Proven experience with billing, invoicing, claims, or reimbursement processes.
- Ability to write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria without follow-up clarification.
- Comfortable navigating and interpreting complex regulatory and reimbursement policies.
- Strong prioritization skills for high-pressure, urgent environments.
- Ability to manage conflicting stakeholder interests and reach consensus decisions.
- Experience presenting product functionality and strategic 'why' to stakeholders.
- Confident in written and spoken English (B2+ level).
- Knowledge of healthcare, medtech, or hearing care (preferred).
- Familiarity with European billing systems and multi-market product localization (preferred).
- Experience with AI-accelerated development environments (preferred).
- Experience with compliance and audit requirements in finance or healthcare (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the finance and reimbursement backlog, prioritizing tasks by real impact.
- Translate complex reimbursement rules and payer requirements into actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Engage directly with clinic stakeholders to understand billing workflows, pain points, and current workarounds.
- Coordinate efforts across multiple squads within the finance domain to ensure alignment.
- Make daily trade-offs balancing compliance, speed, and scalability.
- Partner with design to create intuitive billing workflows for complex logic.
- Validate ideas early through discovery with clinics and domain experts.
