Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, tech-focused Product Management MBA, or related field
- Experience grooming backlogs and managing sprints in Jira or Azure DevOps
- Deep technical understanding of APIs, data stores, and non-functional requirements
- Ability to analyze trade-offs regarding scalability and technical debt
- Experience translating business goals into technical roadmaps
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product development life cycles
- Proficiency in applying Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Precedence Diagramming Method (PDM)
- Capacity to interpret analytics, performance metrics, and A/B test results
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities
- Break down epics into clear, testable stories with acceptance criteria
- Groom backlog and prioritize features, tech debt, and enablers
- Define technical specs (APIs, NFRs) and align architecture with business goals
- Lead sprint planning, clarify scope, and validate delivery against Definition of Done
- Coordinate releases with DevOps, CI/CD, and feature flags
- Use analytics and customer feedback to guide backlog reprioritization
- Apply WBS and PDM to structure work and map dependencies
