Requirements
- Crop insurance industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, IT, or a related field (or equivalent education/experience).
- Knowledge of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments.
- Working knowledge of the crop lifecycle and system interfaces.
- Ability to anticipate downstream effects of changes on customers and employees.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product initiatives align with business vision.
- Participate in product visioning by defining the 'What' and 'Why' of applications and processes.
- Interpret Risk Management Agency (RMA) and National Crop Insurance Service (NCIS) regulatory changes.
- Identify how application, business, and policy changes affect workflows.
- Define and create business epics, themes, and features using the Agile framework.
- Analyze and recommend solutions to improve work processes.
