Requirements

- Advanced hands-on experience with HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation, lead lifecycle management, and marketing automation.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools within a marketing automation platform or a track record of adopting AI to improve operations.
- Proficiency with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for analysis and documentation.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make strategic recommendations.
- Experience collaborating with Sales and Revenue teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to execute marketing operations strategy aligned to company growth objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage the strategic architecture and administration of Marketing Hub within HubSpot, including automation, scoring, and lifecycle workflows.
- Design and evolve scalable marketing processes using AI to improve efficiency and performance.
- Coordinate campaign setup, QA, execution, and post-campaign reporting with AI-assisted analytics.
- Act as the operational liaison with web development for proper tracking, tagging, and attribution.
- Partner with Demand Generation, Events, and Sales to ensure accurate measurement and lead handoff processes.
- Maintain clean marketing data using AI-powered enrichment and hygiene tools.
- Evaluate and implement new marketing tools with a focus on AI capabilities to drive scale.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to inform strategic investment and revenue alignment.
