Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience with complex customer implementations and system integration
- Strong technical and project management acumen
- Strong troubleshooting skills to analyze and resolve issues
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of APIs, web services, and integration tools
- Experience working with State Medicaid Agencies, MCOs, and Homecare Providers
- Experience in a SaaS environment (preferred)
- Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as X12 and HL7 (preferred)
- Experience with Jira or similar ticketing support systems (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Support Solution Architects, Product, & Engineering to deliver technical solutions to providers, payers, states, and partners
- Assist with configuration, testing, documentation, and issue resolution in customer environments
- Conduct tests to ensure solutions function as intended and troubleshoot technical issues
- Create detailed documentation, including user guides and technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Implementation, CSM, Product, and Engineering
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase throughput and enhance quality
