Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space.
- Advanced understanding of APIs and web programming languages including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Strong consultative approach to customer problem solving.
- Proven ability to demonstrate strong storytelling within discovery and product demo sessions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to creatively problem-solve and automate tasks using AI.
- Experience working autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated excellence in coaching, discovery, and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with 2-3 Account Executives to support active enterprise customer opportunities.
- Guide customers through the evaluation process to meet business objectives and technical requirements.
- Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development.
- Present effective stories through product demonstrations highlighting Webflow benefits.
- Lead hands-on workshops and trials.
- Influence product direction by representing the customer voice.
- Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives to advance Webflow’s mission.
