Requirements
- 5+ years in Ops, BizOps, Program Ops, or PS Ops supporting technical, customer-facing teams in SaaS.
- Proven track record building operating cadence, capacity planning, and Professional Services forecasting.
- Experience with dashboard ownership and operational storytelling.
- Expertise in PSA tool ownership (e.g., Rocketlane) for resource planning and project tracking.
- Experience designing and deploying workflow automations using n8n, Zapier, or equivalent tools.
- Hands-on work with AI agents applied to operational workflows.
- Invoicing and revenue recognition experience, specifically in SAP or a comparable ERP.
- Strong systems thinking ability to connect Salesforce, Rocketlane, and SAP.
- Data fluency in modeling capacity and turning multi-system data into decisions.
- Strong executive communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and deploy AI agents and workflow automations to eliminate operational drag.
- Manage the integration layer between Salesforce, Rocketlane, SAP, Jira, and reporting tools.
- Build dashboards to provide actionable insights for Solution Engineering and PS leadership.
- Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly rhythms including capacity reviews, delivery health, and KPI tracking.
- Own PS demand forecasting in Salesforce and maintain forecast accuracy.
- Manage invoicing workflows and ensure revenue recognition accuracy in SAP.
- Build and maintain an end-to-end capacity model across roles and regions.
- Oversee resource planning and allocation in Rocketlane.
