Job Details

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience in sales, business development, partner management, or account management in the tech industry.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships in infrastructure or storage segments.
Deep understanding of NetApp data infrastructure portfolio including ONTAP, Keystone STaaS, and hyperscaler integrations (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Working knowledge of storage architecture, performance optimization, data protection, and disaster recovery.
Understanding of consumption-based infrastructure models and NetApp Partner Sphere Program.
Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales enablement tools.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to travel 35% of the time for customer meetings, events, and business reviews.

Execute the NetApp data infrastructure business plan across all segments.
Serve as the primary subject matter expert on NetApp's portfolio, including ONTAP, Keystone STaaS, and cloud-native storage.
Identify and qualify net-new data infrastructure opportunities across Commercial, Enterprise, and Public Sector segments.
Design and execute field activities including workshops, proof-of-concepts, and customer briefings to generate demand.
Facilitate joint planning sessions and QBRs with NetApp leadership to align on account strategies and performance.
Develop and deliver quarterly enablement sessions for Insight internal teams.
Collaborate with NetApp's hyperscaler teams to align data infrastructure with cloud-native and hybrid strategies.
