Requirements
- 3–5 years in operations, data reconciliation, or a role involving high-accuracy partner-facing coordination.
- Proven experience managing a team, including setting expectations and conducting performance accountability conversations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to sequence work and track multiple workstreams to meet deadlines.
- Obsessive attention to numerical detail and data integrity.
- Experience presenting data and status updates directly to executives in an unscripted environment.
- Demonstrated ability to hold external partners accountable for data or deliverables without formal authority.
- Proficiency with Salesforce for data management and reconciliation.
- Experience in legal, financial services, or a similarly regulated environment is preferred.
- Background in process improvement or systems optimization is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Ensure lead and case data from external partners is collected, reviewed, and reconciled into Salesforce accurately and on time.
- Track pending and aging cases proactively to maintain data integrity.
- Drive document collection from external partners against defined targets and deadlines.
- Manage team prioritization, set clear performance expectations, and conduct direct coaching.
- Function as a player-coach by carrying accounts and working directly in the data.
- Sequence recurring monthly work against hard deadlines and track status across workstreams.
- Communicate status and project updates directly to executive leadership using data-backed insights.
