Responsibilities
- Manage the task queue, addressing cases requiring human judgment such as mismatched records or complex inconsistencies.
- Document workflows to facilitate automation and collaborate with engineering to resolve process breakdowns.
- Conduct research on patient inquiries to build comprehensive, actionable case summaries.
- Own the compliance program and integrate compliance requirements into all operational processes.
- Lead hospital implementations, coordinating launches and building relationships with hospital leadership through kickoffs and check-ins.
- Drive high-impact projects, including process improvements, vendor research, and internal system development.
