- 4+ years of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or healthcare delivery
- 2+ years of experience in a high-growth healthcare company
- Proven ability to lead large, ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives from 0 to 1
- Strong project management skills with the ability to set priorities, create structure, and drive execution across teams
- Analytical mindset with systems-building instincts and a track record of driving execution
- Strong desire to work in an early stage startup environment that is fast paced
- Passion for helping individuals experiencing complex chronic needs such as homelessness, severe mental illness, and substance use disorder
- Experience in Medicare risk adjustment and/or revenue cycle management (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead high-priority operational initiatives from conception to completion
- Manage complex, cross-functional projects, such as new program launches, backend operational efficiencies, and AI-driven quality improvements
- Diagnose and resolve operational bottlenecks by bringing in new capabilities and tools
- Act as a nimble, generalist problem-solver who can deploy quickly and effectively to the most urgent, high-leverage opportunities across the organization
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align on goals, measure outcomes, and iterate on programs
- Build scalable systems that support growth and improve performance of both clinical and non-clinical teams
