Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant formal academic/vocational qualification.
- Comparable to 2+ years of relevant experience in a Global Central Lab environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Project Management within clinical trial operations.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Superior time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with office productivity applications and IT system programming.
- Proven analytical skills and ability to perform under pressure.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Ability to effectively work with multi-level, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, including drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and coordination of study initiation, including programming study protocols into a database.
- Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Facilitate technical and clinical laboratory information flow to stakeholders.
- Prepare study specification documents and manage budgets and contracts.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with FDA, Good Clinical Practice, IATA, and internal SOPs.
- Serve as the chief liaison between sponsors and internal departments.
- Educate investigator sites on protocol-specific lab procedures.
- Consult with IT, data management, and business development groups on project requirements and proposal drafting.
- Mentor and train junior Project Managers and provide leadership support.
