Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in planning, managing, and directing complex IT projects and operations.
- Top Secret clearance.
- DoD 8140 certification.
- Advanced technical expertise in systems engineering.
- Experience with enterprise-level systems, networks, and infrastructure design.
- Proficiency in system performance monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Ability to create and maintain system documentation, diagrams, and runbooks.
- Knowledge of security standards, policies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and mentor team members.
Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and implement enterprise-level systems, networks, and infrastructure solutions.
- Evaluate system requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of system designs.
- Install, configure, and integrate operating systems, applications, and system tools.
- Coordinate system upgrades, migrations, and deployments with minimal downtime.
- Automate processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
- Lead system-related projects from requirements gathering to delivery.
