Requirements
- Electrical engineering degree or equivalent hands-on field experience.
- 3+ years of project management experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience working with utilities and understanding their operations.
- Deep experience with generator sets (gensets) and their automatic transfer switches (ATS).
- Willingness to travel 25-40% of the month depending on the season.
- Demonstrated aptitude for troubleshooting and creative problem solving in the field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong self-initiative.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage all project phases for every generator onboarded in your assigned region onto the AGent platform: from kickoff through validation and go-live.
- Lead kickoff activities with each customer and build a tailored project plan for every facility.
- Serve as the connective tissue across all stakeholders, customers, utilities, third-party contractors, and internal AGent teams.
- Validate hardware connectivity and platform integration for each facility.
- Build and continuously improve kickoff meeting and onboarding project protocols.
- Serve as the technical SME for customers throughout the onboarding process.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach across all project phases.
- Act as a technical advisor to the GTM team regarding hardware requirements and onboarding timelines.
- Own relationships with critical utility members and build the trusted contractor network.
- Ensure customer generators remain connected, maintained, and healthy after onboarding.
