Responsibilities
- Build strong, trust-based client relationships through phone and virtual consultations using platforms such as Zoom.
- Learn about each client’s needs, priorities, and circumstances to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Explain coverage options, products, and benefits clearly while responding confidently to client questions.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process from initial consultation through completion.
- Maintain organized schedules, client follow-ups, and accurate digital records.
- Deliver a professional, responsive, and service-oriented experience throughout the client relationship.
- Participate in ongoing coaching, mentorship, virtual workshops, and leadership development programs.
- Continuously develop product knowledge, communication skills, and consultative selling capabilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues in a remote environment while independently managing priorities and performance goals.
- Work toward obtaining and maintaining the required Life & Health Insurance License, with support available throughout the licensing process.
