Requirements

Responsibilities
- Take great care of our customers by identifying coverage gaps and potential discounts.
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
- Provide expert guidance to help customers navigate our insurance product offerings.
- Solve problems to remove barriers between a customer and the right coverage.
- Process service requests regarding vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
- Contribute to product improvements by sharing customer feedback.
