Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to customers by identifying coverage gaps and potential discounts.
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, and motorcycle insurance.
- Assist existing policyholders with policy changes and service requests.
- Analyze coverage needs to match customers with appropriate insurance products.
- Process service requests including vehicle, driver, lienholder, and document updates.
- Contribute to product development by sharing customer feedback and suggestions.
