- Ability to obtain a P&C insurance license (company will cover costs).
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care to customers by identifying coverage gaps and opportunities for savings.
- Answer inbound calls from customers shopping for auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
- Help existing policyholders manage changes to their insurance coverage.
- Master the product and insurance panel to recommend the best coverage for each customer.
- Solve complex problems to remove barriers to insurance coverage.
- Process service requests regarding vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.
- Contribute to product improvements by sharing customer feedback with the team.
