Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a sales and service capacity within a call center environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and call flow management skills
- Proficiency in computer applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
- Experience with CRM software (Dynamics 365)
- Familiarity with GDS systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a structured environment with performance measurements
- Must be able to work rotating Saturdays
- Associate’s degree or equivalent technical schooling preferred
Responsibilities
- Receive 30+ incoming calls a day and create happy guests
- Engage with customers via phone and email
- Follow up with existing customers via call or email
- Hit clear monthly sales goals and KPIs
- Maintain call handling expectations
- Engage in Lead Campaigns as assigned
- Participate in regular training and weekly team meetings
- Meet regularly with Supervisor to discuss metrics and performance
