Responsibilities
- Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments to understand their needs and provide responsive service.
- Answer questions about available benefits, coverage options, products, services, and policy information in a clear and professional manner.
- Guide clients through applications, enrollment processes, policy updates, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up communications.
- Build lasting client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
- Help individuals and families make informed decisions regarding benefits and coverage that support their needs.
- Participate in virtual training, coaching, mentorship programs, and leadership development workshops.
- Develop knowledge of industry products, systems, customer-service practices, and applicable processes.
- Collaborate with a remote team while independently managing daily responsibilities and schedules.
