Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, and team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Genuinely friendly and positive customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work a consistent 5-day, 8-hour or 4-day, 10-hour schedule.
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license if not already held.
- Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care to customers by identifying coverage gaps and relevant discounts.
- Manage inbound calls regarding auto, home, and motorcycle insurance policies.
- Navigate a large panel of insurance providers to identify optimal coverage for customers.
- Process service requests including vehicle changes, driver updates, and policy documentation.
- Solve problems to effectively connect customers with the right insurance coverage.
- Share customer feedback to help improve the Jerry.ai platform.
