Requirements
- Demonstrated experience shipping production work using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar AI agents.
- Strong design sensibility with the ability to avoid generic templates.
- Ability to manage and switch between five distinct brand voices and visual styles.
- Advanced frontend proficiency in Astro, Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS v4.
- Knowledge of modern build tooling, OKLCH color, and dark/light mode implementation.
- Deep SEO knowledge including canonical loops, 301 redirects, and site architecture protection.
- Strong command of Git.
- High architectural judgment to oversee, critique, and correct AI-driven output.
- Ability to work in an environment with brutal, fast-paced feedback loops.
- A portfolio demonstrating previously shipped marketing sites, landing pages, or component libraries.
Responsibilities
- Ship marketing pages, landing pages, and microsites for five Spektra properties using AI agents as the primary execution engine.
- Maintain distinct brand voices, visual identities, and design systems for all properties.
- Execute end-to-end SEO management including canonicals, redirects, structured data, and internal linking.
- Architect information structures for complex, multi-buyer product lines.
- Perform competitive research and translate findings into design and content.
- Review and refine AI-generated output for visual, brand, SEO, and quality compliance before merging.
